Agreement

These Terms govern use of the Lily Essences website and purchases from Lily Essences. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the website. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.

Eligibility and accounts

The website and products are intended for adults. Customers may check out as guests or create an account. You are responsible for accurate account and order information and for protecting your login credentials.

Products and safe use

Lily Essences offers handmade, small-batch perfume-oil roll-ons for external cosmetic use. Minor variations in color, appearance, or packaging may occur. Product descriptions and fragrance notes describe the intended scent experience but individual perception and longevity vary. Apply only as directed, avoid eyes and mucous membranes, keep away from children and flame, perform a patch test before use, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Ingredient sensitivities and allergies vary by person; review the product label before use. No product is offered to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order but does not guarantee acceptance. Lily Essences may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect pricing, unavailable inventory, shipping restrictions, or an obvious website error. Any payment collected for a cancelled, unshipped order will be refunded.

Prices, promotions, and taxes

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change before an order is placed. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are calculated at checkout. Standard ground shipping costs $4.99. Free shipping on orders $50+ after discounts and before taxes. The automatic bundle offer is 1 perfume for $15, any 2 eligible perfumes for $25, or any 3 eligible perfumes for $35. Unless expressly stated, promotions cannot be combined.

Payment

Customers must provide an authorized, valid payment method. Payment processing is handled by an authorized third-party provider and may be subject to that provider’s terms.

Shipping, delays, and refunds

The Shipping Policy and Damaged Orders & Refunds policy form part of these Terms. Carrier transit times are estimates. When a promised shipment time cannot be met, Lily Essences will provide the options required by applicable law, including consent to delay or cancellation and refund of the unshipped order.

Website content and acceptable use

Lily Essences names, branding, photographs, text, designs, and other website content may not be copied, sold, exploited, or used to misrepresent an affiliation without permission, except where law permits. You may not interfere with website security, misuse checkout, submit fraudulent information, or use the website unlawfully.

Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to third-party payment, hosting, social-media, or shipping services. Lily Essences does not control third-party websites, and their separate terms and privacy practices may apply.

Disclaimers and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Lily Essences is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or product purchase to the extent such limitations are lawful. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not permit Lily Essences to waive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Ohio, without overriding any mandatory consumer protections that apply.

Changes and severability

Terms may be updated as the business, website, or law changes. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
