Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are normally prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. If we cannot ship within the stated period, we will contact you with the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.

Estimated delivery: Orders normally require 2–3 business days for processing and an estimated 2–5 business days in transit, for an estimated total of 4–8 business days. Carrier dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Where we ship

Lily Essences ships only to eligible United States domestic destinations using compliant ground transportation. We do not ship internationally or to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Because our perfume oils contain alcohol, air shipping is not available.

Carriers and rates

Standard ground shipping costs a flat $4.99 per order. Free shipping on orders $50+ after discounts and before taxes. Orders are shipped through an eligible USPS ground service that complies with applicable restrictions for alcohol-containing fragrance products.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be charged before reshipment.

Tracking and delivery

Tracking information will be sent when available. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed by Lily Essences. If tracking shows a delay, loss, misdelivery, or delivery but the package cannot be located, contact us through the Contact Us form so we can review the carrier information and available options.

Packaging

Perfume bottles are packed to reduce breakage and leakage and are shipped using ground-service requirements applicable to alcohol-containing fragrance products.
