What are Lily Essences perfumes?

Lily Essences offers handmade, small-batch 5 mL concentrated perfume-oil roll-ons. Each scent is identified for Men or Women and assigned to a scent family to make browsing easier.

How do I apply the perfume?

Apply a small amount to clean, dry pulse points such as the wrists and neck. Allow the fragrance to settle. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes, keep away from children and flame, perform a patch test before use, and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Will every bottle look exactly the same?

The products are blended and filled in small batches. Minor variations in color, appearance, or packaging may occur, but they should not affect the product’s identity, quantity, safety, or intended use.

What is the bundle offer?

The automatic cart offer is 1 perfume for $15, any 2 eligible perfumes for $25, or any 3 eligible perfumes for $35. Eligibility and pricing are confirmed automatically in the cart.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard ground shipping costs $4.99. Free shipping on orders $50+ after discounts and before taxes.

Do I need an account?

No. Customers may use guest checkout or create an account.

Where do you ship?

We ship only to eligible United States domestic destinations using compliant ground transportation. We do not offer international or air shipping and do not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

How long does processing take?

Orders are normally prepared within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Carrier transit time is additional and delivery dates are estimates.

When is shipping free?

Can I return a perfume?

Routine returns and exchanges are not accepted because roll-on bottles directly contact the skin. If an item arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, contact us within seven calendar days after delivery and provide clear photographs. After approval, you may choose a refund or replacement, subject to availability.
