After checkout, we’ll review your selections and email your final design and packaging details for approval before production.

Have something specific in mind? Upload an inspiration photo or describe your idea and we’ll use it as the direction for your custom packaging. Availability and exact materials may vary.

Before checkout

Design approval & cancellation

After your order is submitted, Lily Essences will review your request. We will normally send one email with the final label mockup, bottle and gem details, packaging details, and any question we need answered. You must approve the final design before production.

After approving the final design and packaging, you have 24 hours to cancel the custom order for a full refund. After that 24-hour period, the order enters production and becomes non-refundable.

Delays in responding to the approval email may affect your requested shipping date.
